Purchasing Agent
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers information and pricing to prepare purchase orders for procurement of equipment or material Manages our existing vendors database to optimize purchasing systemsIntegrates vendors Information to have inmediate access to parts and materialsMaintains a good relationhsip with vendorsPlaces Purchase orders for equipment, parts, materials and suppliesKeep track and Expedite deliveries. Verify bills from suppliers with purchase orders and pass to management to approve bills for payment.
Qualifications:
Candidates will at least 2 years of purchasing experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be proficient with computers
Field Service Engineer
Duties and responsabilities:
Provide field service support (by phone and on site) to current APTC customers
Diagnose and identify especific areas of malfuntioning UPS systems.
Generate accurate reports of service provided to customers
Perform Preventive Maintenance service as required
Be able to respond when assigned to a 24/7 service call
Attend company scheduled training sesions
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in UPS and battery technologies or Related Power Field. Candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in electronics technology.
Be Factory trained in the repair and maintenance of UPS systems of at least one UPS brand
Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electric/electronic schematics Clear understanding of single phase and three phase Systems. Be proficient in the use of test equipment .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Power consultant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualify sales opportunities for products and service contracts.Solicite new business oportunities trough conventional sales channels.Manage existing accounts, providing premium customer service and routine follow-up to maximize add on sales. Identify new opportunities for increased account penetration.Contact existing customers to determine product needs and presents product features and benefits to resolve identified needs.Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems.Provide follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products.Maintain appropriate sales records and prepares sales reports as required. Interface with Contract Administration where appropriate.Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Positive, energetic personality Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant sales experience Ability to deal with customers to maintain harmonious relationships. Computer literate. |
UPS Battery Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be able to diagnose and identify rectifier/charger defective condition Befamiliar with various types of battery configurations either VRLA or floaded Interact with customers, help them by phone and/or on-site as required Has a clear understanding of rectifier charger theory and battery conditions and beahavior Be familiar with safty rules to work with mid and high current range batteries Complete understanding of Telecom process for work on DC power Understands and evaluates reports generated by automatic battery testers
Qualifications:
Provide 7x24 "on-call" services as requiredMaintain safeguard company issued equipment, tools, and instruments Interface customers to perform required services Daily travel with independent work structure Participates in training programsComplete Field Service Reports, and other job required reports in a timely maner. Provide technical support to customers upon request.
