Preventive Maintenance Services

Applied Power Technologies offers a wide range of preventive maintenance services, they are available as a one time service or can be added to an existing service contract. Services are usually performed during normal business hours but may be upgraded to after hours and/or weekends for an additional charge. Preventive maintenance services provide a comprehensive examination of the related Power system including internal and external operating parameters. Audits the battery system, review alarm states, history, nedd of upgrading and all the rendered service is compiled i n a written PM report.

Sealed Battery Preventive Maintenance
Sealed Battery Preventive Maintenance includes load test, recording cell voltage data, total battery Buss voltage, ambient temperature, battery charging and discharging parameters evaluation, plus a written evaluation. and all the rendered service is compiled i n a written PM report.

Flooded Battery Preventive Maintenance
Flooded Cell Battery Preventive Maintenance includes measuring and recording of individual and total cell voltages, specific gravity, electrolyte status, temperature, inter cell, and cable connections and resistance readings. Also included is an annual housekeeping such as cell cleaning, maintenance of water levels, mechanical integrity inspection of racks and braces and all the rendered service is compiled i n a written PM report.
